All District Members and Promotors are welcome to discuss any concerns they have regarding the 2024 season, and new ideas for 2025

8:00-10:00pm Flat Track Breakout Meeting

This meeting will be led by the 2024 Flat Track Director.
Clubs/promoters will send their two representatives to these breakout sessions. If you as a rider would like to speak during this meeting, you will need to submit a FORMAL REQUEST to the current flat track director and/or president.
District 16 members are welcome to attend.
All clubs, promoters and guests are required to sign in.

8:00-10:00pm Motocross Breakout Meeting

This meeting will be led by the 2024 Motocross Director.
Clubs/promoters will send their two representatives to these breakout sessions. If you as a rider would like to speak during this meeting, you will need to submit a FORMAL REQUEST to the current motocross director and/or president.

9:00pm - Midnight Meet & Greet

Everyone is welcome to the Volcano Bar (near the bowling alley) for an informal meet and greet

9:00-10:30am Off Road Breakout Meeting

This meeting will be led by the 2024 Off Road Director.
Clubs/promoters will send their two representatives to these breakout sessions. If you as a rider would like to speak during this meeting, you will need to submit a FORMAL REQUEST to the current off road director and/or the president.

This meeting will be led by the 2024 Recreation Director.

This meeting will be led by the 2024 Hill Climb Director. Clubs/promoters will send their two representatives to these breakout sessions. If you as a rider would like to speak during this meeting, you will need to submit a FORMAL REQUEST to the current hill climb director and/or president.

11:00am-4:00pm General Session

General Session meeting. Meeting will include: Board of Directors Elections, Supplemental Rules , Benefits of being a part of District 16, overview of sessions, guest speakers.

12:00pm Lunch

Lunch will be provided for the Clubs & Promotors during the General Session

5:30pm - 6:30pm Pizza & Pasta Buffet

Banquet registration will begin at 4:00pm for dinner and awards only guest. Doors will open to BUFFET guests only at 5:15pm. Buffet will begin at 5:30pm. Awards only guests will enter banquet room at 6:30pm.
Check in early to avoid the lines before dinner. REGISTRATION FOR BUFFET & AWARDS WILL CLOSE OCTOBER 24th 2024. Please purchase your dinner tickets before then.

9:00am - Noon Board of Director Meeting

2024 Board of Director's will meet to discuss banquet and approve supplementary rules.
